Welcome to 2026, yogis! This year we are following the theme of ALCHEMY, the practice of transforming the mundane into the magical. We will work with all four elements, starting with Water/Aqua. Water is a subtle yet deep energy, associated with the flow of creativity and emotions - in what ways is it already present in your life, and in what areas would you like to invoke it? What can water transform for you?
