RITUAL | August Practice Calendar 2025

Welcome to August, yogis! As we come to the end of summer and prepare to enter the fall season, many of us feel a sense of uncertainty or ungroundedness. What rituals do you currently have in place to support you? Could any of them use a little change to serve you better? How do you make time for these things so they don't get lost in the flow of daily life?
