Yoga for A Healthy Spine | 10 Day Immersion for Back Health

If you have ever suffered back pain, you know how debilitating it can be! Many things can contribute to back pain - injury, overuse, tension, positioning or lifestyle. Whatever the cause, there are some things you can do to relieve it and possibly prevent it from affecting your life as often.

First though, always talk to your doctor/PT to find out what exercises s/he recommends and also what positions s/he advises against before doing any back focused practices. Always listen to your body and come out of a pose partially, prop more, or choose another pose. I got your back!
