Throughout our lives we will face uncertainty, transitions, changes, and challenges. How can we face them with more grace? Our practice is a place of learning - not just physically but mentally, emotionally, and energetically. We learn the beautiful skills we need to move through our lives with awareness and compassion. What have you learned on your mat? How can you take that into your daily living?
Some of the greatest lessons we learn are patience, self compassion, BREATHE, laugh at ourselves, listen to our inner guide, check in with our bodies, set boundaries and SO much more. I ask that you move through this practice with lots of love and self care - choosing whatever modifications, props, variations that work for your body and being SUPER kind to yourself as you strengthen the skills of your practice (these too are skills, right?).
Props: 1 block and/or 1 towel or blanket optional if you feel you need the ground to come up to you and to soften the space for your body when and where you need it
