Being vulnerable is hard. From fears of rejection or being mistreated to not being seen as strong enough - vulnerability has spent years getting a bad reputation.
Being vulnerable isn't a weakness. In fact, it's courageous, strong, beautiful, and passionate. How can we open ourselves up to the gift of vulnerability? Being present, mindful, grounded, and helping support our bodies natural nervous system regulation.
In this class we will be focusing on the psoas muscles - muscles that are integral to our bodies ability to manage stress, feel supported, heal, digest, rest, and regulate our nervous system and breath.
Props: 1 blanket (optional) and 1 bolster or 1-2 pillows
