Wood is the Traditional Chinese Element related to Spring, to growth, to moving forward, and to our energy rising - clearing out the heaviness and density of Winter earth and water. Today we explore the practice of Kapalabhati breath - Skull Shining Breath - to clear out old energy, revive and inspire, and flood our bodies with oxygen to awaken us to Spring. We follow this with a guided meditation on growth and the energy rising. Perfect for morning practice to awaken and oxygenate your mind and body.
