Restorative Yoga

1h 1m
Whatever part of your life you are in or whatever season you are in, perhaps you need to turn inward, rest, heal, surrender, be still and allow yourself to be nourished.
This is a supportive practice that focuses on long, quiet holds with lots of soft props to help you explore what nature is already doing - hibernating, turning inwards, caring for the seeds of what is to come.
Props: 1-3 blankets (blanket: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh) or towels, 1 bolster or 2 bed pillows (bolster: http://amzn.to/2yJVoaj), 2-4 throw pillows (grab you softest, coziest pillows and blankets), and 1-2 blocks (block: http://amzn.to/2yHfZMs) (can use throw pillows here too)
Join Lucy for a nice long rest....
