In this practice we are working with Vishama Vritti - extending the exhale longer than our inhale - allowing our minds/bodies to soften, allow, and ground. This is a great breath for Yin and Restorative yoga practices - helping our bodies go into the parasympathetic nervous system for some rest and heal time. Can also be used before bed or whenever you are feeling you need a little soothing. Enjoy!
