The Super Moon is when the moon and earth are closest in the sky - making the moon look much larger and more luminous. Like a Full Moon, the pull of the moon has an effect on us (we too are made of water like the tides). We can feel the need to release things holding us back and feel super charged energetically.
In this practice we tap into this to bring the chakras into greater balance. We release and clear the chakras and recharge them with poses for each chakra and follow it up with a guided meditation journey through the chakras. Connect to the energy of the moon - the Super Moon - to bring greater energy to your chakras.
Props: 1-2 blankets or beach towels, 1 bolster or 2 bed pillows, and 1-2 blocks
