In Patanjali's 8 Limbs Pathway, Yama #3 is Asteya or nonstealing. While many of us see this as not taking something from another (definitely true for this Yama), there is so much more here. Not taking from another's time, energy, spirit; not taking from yourself, not taking from the earth, not stealing from the future. We explore all of these in this practice centered on the Root and Crown Chakras - our connection to our needs and support system AND our connection to the universal.
Join me as we explore generosity of spirit for ourselves, for others, for the world.
