The summer solstice is the peak of our energy during the solar cycles of the year - the culmination of the rising and lengthening of the sun for longer days and more warmth. Today we explore that energy through Restorative Yoga using backbends, heart openers, and upper body stretches to open up and receive that energy of the sun.
Props: 1 bolster or pillow, 1-2 blankets or beach towels, and 1-2 blocks or extra throw pillows for comfort and support.
