Circles are sacred spaces throughout time and across cultures. Today we are exploring the energy of this sacred circle space through a Yin Mandala Yoga practice focusing on the lower body - helping us ground, center, and feel supported.
Welcome the transitions as we move from one pose to another in a circular pattern around our mats followed by some soothing pranayama breath work to balance our energy.
Props: 1 blanket, pillow or bolster and whatever props you feel you might need or want to support you in your practice.
