Ever feel as if you have picked up too much of others energy or situations in your life have you feeling overwhelmed with nervous energy? Sometimes emotional energy can get stuck in our bodies and the best way to discharge it is to move, shift the energy and ground it. In this practice we are working with the hips specifically and the core helping to burn off and discharge that energy out of your body and ground you.
Props: none required but if you want, blocks will help the floor come closer to you and a blanket/towel will pad your knees
