In this practice we are working with the concept of interoception and proprioception to bring more awareness to how we feel - physically and in relation to our surroundings and/or our movement in space. This practice helps us become more mindful, focused, and aware of how our bodies, and minds, feel in any given moment so we can better care for and respond to it's needs.
Props: 1-2 blankets and anything else you feel you would like to have for your practice to support yourself.
