There is a place we all feel safe, supported, and loved - and we often call that place "home". Maybe home is a person, an animal, an area, a house; but no matter what, home is a sacred space of comfort and stability.
Home is where the heart is - and here in this practice we explore honoring our body, working with the root chakra and the heart chakra we open up, center, and connect to our internal home of Self. We return to Self - that home we carry inside of ourselves at all times.
Props: 1-2 blankets or towels and any other props you feel you might need.
