If you have a cold, flu or are congested but are on the recovery trail, you might be feeling restless, stiff, and stuck from being hunched over and sick. This short practice will help unwind tension, restart natural digestion, and soften your body WITHOUT any facedown or lying on your back poses to make your congestion worse.
We use props to ease our way into a soothing, full body release. Little Link and I hope you feel better soon!
Props: 2 blankets OR beach towels (blanket: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh) and 1 block or large book (block: http://amzn.to/2sIEm6L) bolster or pillow (bolster: http://amzn.to/2sO56md)
