Today we are practicing Supine Bound Angle - the queen of all Restorative Yoga poses with soft support and mental alternate nostril breathing. Feel deeply held and loved as we breathe, be, soften.
Props: 1-4 pillows, 1 bolster or bed pillow or larger pillow (bolster: http://amzn.to/2yJVoaj), 1 blanket (blanket: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh) (any blanket will do) and an eye pillow if you like. Gather your comfy, soft props and take care of yourself. And if you have a cat - that's great...you can invite them to help you feel more settled and comforted : )
