This Yin Yoga Snack is for all of you out there with tight calves and hamstrings and those of you who are on your feet a lot each day!
We start by fully stretching out the feet and then move to releasing tension in the calves and hamstrings and finally move into deeply stretching the entire back of the legs.
I would suggest using this at least once a week to develop more mobility and flexibility in the back of the legs. This can also help relieve lower back pain by releasing tension in the legs. Enjoy!
