Give your "paws" a little love today in this 30 minute Yin Yoga practice for feet, ankles, hands, and wrists. Our "paws" don't get a lot of attention but they are our first contact with the world all day long - and do SO much for our overall health and comfort. Keeping the joints mobile and strong can prevent pain, injury, and most of all keep you able to do all the things you LOVE to do! All of our lower body meridians end or begin in our feet and all of our upper body meridians begin and end in our hands AND in reflexology our hands and feet are directly linked to our organs throughout the body - so keeping the feet and hands healthy can keep you healthy! Join Lucy and I for a "paw"some Yin class!
Optional blanket or beach towel
