The Equinox means a point of balance - where two opposites are at an even point. Our practice today honors that balance - the balance between Summer and Fall - the transition time right after the harvest where there is a fullness and sense of completion before the long winter. This 50 minute Full Body Yin Yoga practice focuses on bringing a greater sense of balance to the body and mind with breath, mindful movement, and mantra - filling us with gratitude for this moment in time and a sense of bliss. Join me!
