This 50+ min full body Yin Yoga practice for pregnancy focuses on helping you become more connected to your body and your baby during your entire pregnancy as your body rapidly changes, grows, and your baby develops.
Perfect for all levels and throughout all three trimesters - we use props (you can choose to use them or not depending on your needs and comfort) - helping you fully stretch, release tension, soften, and prepare for each stage of pregnancy (and postnatal).
There are many who consider yin during pregnancy controversial but as long as you listen to your body, use props, shorten your hold times, and avoid pushing your body to new depths - it is a wonderful practice to help connect to yourself, the changes happening, and your baby (you can even practice this postnatal WITH your baby).
Join little Link and I (my newest little kitten baby) for this sweet, caring practice!
Props: bolster or pillow (bolster: http://amzn.to/2sO56md ), 1-2 blankets OR beach towels (blanket: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh) and (optional)1 block or large book (block: http://amzn.to/2sIEm6L)
