Our creative side is one of the most important to our overall feeling of satisfaction with our lives. But, every now and then we feel stuck, stagnant, or unable to connect to our natural creative flow or struggle with expressing it.
This practice is all about helping reconnect us to our natural flow, infusing it with passion and inspiration and opening the flow to expressing our authentic selves. We work with the sacral, heart, and throat chakras and the Liver meridians (most related to our creativity in Traditional Chinese Medicine), to explore our creativity and fire it up! Join Miss Lucy and I!
