Sometimes you feel as if your energy is all over the place - scattered, unfocused, a bit wild. What you need is to ground your energy - balancing the Kidney/Bladder meridians and connecting to the Root Chakra. We use Yin Yoga poses, breath, mudra, and visualization to ground and stabilize our energy helping us feel more rooted and stable. Enjoy!
