Sometimes we are struggling in our lives and we need some support but are hesitant to ask for it or accept it. Props: 1-2 bed pillows or throw pillows or 1 bolster (bolster: http://amzn.to/2yJVoaj) (feel free to add whatever you want for support and if you have more pillows - have them around for some softness and add a blanket underneath for some soft support)
