Today's Yin AM 35 minute practice focuses on the front of the hips (hip flexors) and the quadriceps (thighs) - getting deep into these areas to mobilize and develop more flexibility. There are a lot of Yin Yoga poses that open the thighs (dense are of connective tissue) - an area that is tight from sitting for long periods of time. Opening this area can relieve hip flexor pain and discomfort (including cramping). Enjoy!
Props: 1-2 blankets (optional) OR beach towels (or pick up one here: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh).
