Here we are at the Autumn Equinox - a time of BIG transition. From the warmth of summer and the fire and earth energy to the cooler temps, change in food, and nature transitioning. Just like the trees, we go through this transition and supporting this transition is pivotal in making it go smoothly. Today we are working with grounding through the Earth element and Speen/Stomach meridians to help us feel connected and centered. Then we move into the Metal element and Lungs/Large Intestines to help us turn inwards more, soften, let go of all that does not support us to make way for new things in our lives - new nourishment and support.
Props: 1-2 blankets or towels and if possible, one very chatty cat who purrs VERY loudly
