For those of us who struggle with painful monthly menstrual cramps, we are always looking for something that will help in any way. I completely understand! As someone who has suffered from the painful periods, I have been searching for ideas to soothe, calm, lessen, the intensity without medication or surgical intervention.
This practice is all about helping support you through poses that focus on the Liver, Kidney, and Spleen meridians (those related to hormones, our cycle). We use acupressure, twists, and support the natural downward flow of our cycle to lessen the intensity of cramps. I hope this helps you feel even the tiniest bit better!
