Welcome to the New Moon and to the Lunar New Year! We enter the year of the water rabbit or black rabbit - the energy of harmony, peace, water, Yin and feminine energy. Today's practice we are working with sensory experience within our practice helping us to reconnect and reigniting our passion. Passion is that which inspires us, enervates us, sustains us, and moves us forward. It is the tiny flame inside that we must nurture.
We work with the Sacral, Solar Plexus, and Heart Chakras (so a practice focused on the hips and heart mostly but a full body practice too).
Poetry Reading: Danna Faulds from What's True Here "Eyes of Fire"
Props: 1-2 blankets or beach towels and anything else you might want to add to care for yourself today
