Crystals can be a beautiful way to reconnect to, heal, and align your chakras as well as your intuition. Today we work with three crystals (not including the quartz boost crystal), to help facilitate healing and realignment with our intuition through the third eye, heart, and sacral chakras. Feel free to use crystals that you feel connected to or simply enjoy the practice without them (or even put them nearby in the room).
Props: 1 bolster or pillow and any props you find that will support you.
Crystals: orange colored stones such as calcite, carnelian; amethyst; rose quartz or any green stone such as aventurine.
