Today's Yin AM practice focuses on the hamstrings. Sometimes, what feels like hamstring tightness can be calves or lower back or some blend of all three. In this practice we use long holds to release and open all three of these areas finding more mobility, flexibility and comfort. Use in the morning to develop more overall mobility and flexibility and at night to stretch out, calm and release the body. Enjoy!
Props: 1-2 blankets OR beach towels (get one here - blanket: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh) and a strap or belt
