But, the reality is that all of us struggle with doubt, insecurity, fear on a daily basis. People often post their successes but rarely ever post their failures or the work it took and all of the struggles leading up to where they are now.
If you have been feeling a lot of doubt and/or insecurity in our life or just have inklings of doubt about what steps next - this practice is all for you! We connect to our root chakra and our breath while realizing our inner power in our solar plexus chakra. Connect to your inner power and fire in a balanced way - moving mindfully and with breath awareness.
