Every season there is a transition period between one season and the next. Our bodies know it is coming, but with technology and our present lifestyles - this transition can seem anything but natural.
If your digestion has been a little off, your mind scattered, and you feel ungrounded - this is that transition. Taking some time to slow down, reconnect to the earth element, help the body detox through lymphatic drainage and twists, and allow your body to transition gently can make this time SO much easier!
Join me for this practice to help boost digestion, ground, and clear the body in preparation for the next season.
