Join us for a soft, supportive, sweet Restorative Yoga practice where we explore breath and the use of props to care for ourselves - allowing us to heal deeply.

Props: 1-2 bed pillows or a bolster (bolster: http://amzn.to/2yJVoaj), 1-3 blankets or towels or throw blankets (blanket: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh), 1 block OR 1-3 throw pillows from sofa or bed (block: http://amzn.to/2yHfZMs), eye pillow. Add anything you want to this practice to care for and support what you need today. Restorative is all about BEING and allowing the props and the poses to DO everything for us. Surrender....
