What does the word "pause" mean to you? How does the word change when you add "sacred"?
The sacred pause is slowing down and becoming fully present in the moment no matter what you are doing throughout your day. It can be sipping your tea/coffee, taking a walk, cooking, gardening, bathing - you can slow down, become fully aware of the moment, and bring stillness.
Today we take a longer sacred pause - connecting to our bodies, minds, and spirits through gentle, loving care using support for each pose. Allow the poses to do all the work while you surrender and let go. And ask yourself, how do I feel when I take time to slow down, rest, and listen? How can I honor the sacred pause every day in my own life?
Affirmation: I choose to slow down, rest, and reflect.
