This practice is during the New Moon in Pisces, a time of dreaminess which fits in perfectly with the Spring in the Northern Hemisphere where we are feeling those first few signs of Spring - daffodils, tulips, more rain showers, new life everywhere, new beginnings!
Today we are focusing on deep, blissful rest to allow ourselves to focus our awareness on what our bodies and minds need to be nurtured so we can in turn nurture our beautiful dreams. Allow yourself to melt into the support of the props and open yourself to possibility!
Affirmation: I live a life of infinite possibility.
Props: 2 blankets or towels (or pick up a blanket here: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh), 1 bolster (pick up a bolster here: http://amzn.to/2yJVoaj) OR 1-2 bed pillows, 1 block (or pick one up here: http://amzn.to/2yHfZMs) or 2-3 throw pillows and any eye covering, extra blankets or other props to support you in this deeply restful practice.
Meditation begins at around 46:30 (includes Restorative setup for savasana)
