Today we are inviting - inviting whatever it is we need or want to make our lives more fulfilling. When we invite...the universe responds energetically. What do you need right now? We will be focusing on the heart meridians/heart center (and the matching Yang meridian pair Small Intestines) to open up, make space, INVITE breath and more into our bodies, minds, and hearts.
This is a long hold, extended practice where I invite you into a pose, offer a few suggestions for props/modifications, and then invite you to settle in and explore your body and mind during a pose without interruption. Take your time, breathe, and enjoy!
Props: 1 blanket (blanket: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh) - please add any props you feel might support you today in your practice and honor your body and mind by making adjustments, adding props, or choosing alternatives for your practice today.
