All of us, at one time or another, will have our digestion go offline and feel bloated and uncomfortable but yoga can help. With some gentle stretches, twisting, and compression, we can help support healthy digestion and the reduction of bloating and discomfort. A great practice to include daily to prevent that bloating feeling and help support digestion overall. Short and to the point : )
