Yin Yoga to Support Mind Body & Spirit
NEW Practices

There are times when we feel disconnected, overwhelmed, unsettled because of a situation, challenge or even just a period of transition. Our energy is disrupted, our mind is all over the place, and our body feels shaky. Yin Yoga has a solution - mindful awareness, slow movement, long holds, and breath. Join Miss Lucy and Miss Emma and I for a sweet and slow practice to help move that energy out and ground us mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We will be working with the Liver (frustration and anger) as well as the Spleen/Stomach meridians (earthing, grounding, managing anxiety/uncertainty).
Props: 1 blanket optional, 1 bolster or a couple of throw pillows, and 2 very sleepy kitties.
