Any transformation takes time and patience and so much more. Just like the seeds transformation into a bloom - our changes, transformations, transitions, take time, patience, process. We must surrender to the process and allow ourselves to unfurl as we are meant to in the right time and right circumstances.
In this Restorative Yoga practice we use the seed as a guide to "unfurling" into our bloom of savasana. Props support us as we allow the process to move at it's own slow pace.
Props: 1 bolster or pillow, 2 blocks or throw pillows, 1-2 blankets or towels and three needy, sweet, sleepy cats...
