Water Element Mandala Yoga Flow

Today we are exploring the element of water through Hatha yoga - choosing poses that are focused on the Kidney/Bladder meridians (back body and inner leg lower belly area) and holding poses for longer to build strength and resilience as we move through a mandala flow practice.
Props: a blanket and/or block might be helpful to bring the ground closer as well as provide cushioning for any areas of your body that need softness today.
