We are entering the transition time between seasons - summer is beginning to fade but fall is not yet here - a perfect time to ground and center ourselves before the change. Maybe you are in the season of transition, the liminal spaces where everything feels uncertain and you don't know where you or the world will go from here. Join me for a Yin Yoga class focused on the Spleen/Stomach meridians (lower body practice) to "root" yourself deeply in what you know, what is already in your life to support you, and who you authentically are so that whatever comes - you are resilient.
Props: journal and pen for a few short journal prompts at the end of practice, 1-2 blankets or towels, 2 blocks and any other props you might want for your practice. Clear a space and take up room : )
