Lughnasadh/Lammas Yin Yoga | Wheel of the Year
NEW Practices

Welcome to Lughnasadh or Lammas - the very first harvest festival of the year in the solar cycle wheel of the year. Often celebrated as a coming together to share space, food, harvest, and connect to not only nature but your neighbors, Lammas is a celebration of abundance and the beginning of this season of abundance.
Join me today as we explore that in our bodies and feel gratitude for all that has come to us so far in the year whether it be changes, experiences, people, lessons, or whatever.
