Welcome to this New Moon - a time of deep transition, the coming of Late Summer, and the element of Earth in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Today we are exploring moving slowly, holding poses longer with intention and really reaching down into the earth for some centering and grounding energy along with working to stimulate healthy digestion. This is the time of year where many of us feel worried, anxious, and uncertain as we head into the end of the year rush.
Let's explore our breath, stillness, standing and balancing poses along with some Yin at the beginning and end of our practice for some softness and release.
