Savasana with Guided Body Scan

Today's practice is a deeply peaceful savasana with props to release and relax your entire body while being led through a guided body scan to release all tension. Taking a longer, supported savasana with meditation can help your body settle into heal and restore (parasympathetic nervous system of rest and digest) - allowing your body the time and mindful relaxation it needs to reset and recover. Enjoy!
