In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the heart is the element of fire, the place of passion, purification, and purity. In traditional yoga philosophy, the heart chakra is translated from anahata as "unstruck". What a beautiful way to see the heart!
In this practice we will be balancing our inner heart fire with the breath practice of nadi shodhana along with a guided meditation on the flame of the heart.
