Tension headaches happen to everyone at some point and more often than not, they are caused by tightness or stiffness building up in the upper neck and skull. Try this short little roll out to see if you can release some of that tension (might want to do it more than once a day until the tension goes away even if the headaches is gone) and feel better fast. This is my personal go to for any tension headache and I am happy to say - it works every time!
