Whatever the names or description/translation, many of us are looking to create deeper spiritual meaning in our lives.
How do we do that? We connect to the divine within and ask the pivotal question - how do we nurture spirit?
Join me on the mat as we dive deeper into this and more through breath and the physical asanas - being mindfully present, aware, and listening carefully to our inner guide.
