The 4th Niyama of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras invites us to learn - about ourselves and the world around us - to engage through repetition and practice and grow our spiritual practice. In this class, we will be using repetition of shape to gain a different perspective through practice. What is the same, what is different, how does "this" make me feel? Allow yourself to be the open-minded student and see how the slightest change in position or direction can change your entire perspective and experience. This is one kind of self-study. Be present and connected.
Props: 1 blanket (optional) or add any and all props you think will support your experience of this practice for your body today.
