Have you seen those signs on a hike or in the mall or in a park that shows you a map and on that map is a big red dot and an arrow that says "You Are Here"? This New Moon we are focusing on presence, being fully and mindfully in the moment. We use breath, affirmation, yoga poses, and a guided meditation to return to center - to anchor our bodies AND minds in the here and now.
