Many of us struggle with setting and maintaining healthy boundaries for ourselves and for others and this has a direct effect on our health and wellness overall. Today's practice is a chakra/TCM blended practice focused on having resilient boundaries, sensing your inherent protection with your personal circle, and having the courage to hold true to your truth(s). We are working with the Root Chakra (Spleen/Stomach), Solar Plexus Chakra (Liver/Gallbladder), and Pericardium (Pericardium/San Jiao) supported by the energy of crystals such as selenite (repels negative energy and clears energy), golden tiger's eye (bolsters courage), black onyx (absorbs negative energy), and other crystals to bolster resilience and courage.
Whether you believe crystals can support you or not, these serve as a reminder of the power you hold within and the support circle you inhabit every single moment of your life.
Props: 1-2 blankets or towels, 1-2 blocks AND 1 very supportive cat if possible (Thank you Lucy for your love).
